These figures hold both charm and quality in the dynamic sculpt and the challenge of painting mini-miniature fine detail. They are small so you may also require some finer brushes to get good detail on (think 1/3 size of a modern halfling who in 2023 is chunky but 3/5 the size of a human). The army of 1000 points probably needs a specific rule set (WHFB?) but I’m sure that these guys could make for an interesting tabletop experience battling the forces of any aggressing (or repelling?) army.
