The OSM Giant One large 150mm tall metal miniature, designed to be used in 28mm wargaming. Supplied unassembled and unpainted. We recommend pinning and some filling will most likely be needed, this is an advanced modelling project.
AM ERE FOR DER JOB.
The Dark Lord Jarmae looked up from his desk at the vast and terrible giant that loomed over him.
Its stinking breath wreaked of ale and its body odour could kill a horse. All of Jarmaes horses were demonic or undead, but that was beside the point.
The job? Said the Dark Lord, shaking slightly in his evil, pointy shoes.
YER! DER JOB! It booms again.
Jarmae frowned. No, thats not right! Youre not what I ordered at all.
The Giant gave a long, slow growl and tree-trunk fingers tightened around an enormous club.
What I mean to say is- he quickly added -that yes, I DID order a giant-
AM A GIANT! it roared.
Yes. I can see that he mumbled. But I ordered one that was ten point five feet tall. You know, a normal sized giant?
GIVE UZ THA PAPERWORK!
Jarmae passed the giant up the invoice from Jims Discount Minions Inc, and the monster took out a pair of reading glasses.
AH! AR SEE YA MISTAKE HERE PAL. YEH PUT THE ZERO AN THE DECIMAL POINT IN THE WRONG PLACE. THATS WHY YA ENDED UP WITH A FIFTEEN FOOT TALL GIANT INSTEAD A TEN POINT FIVE FOOT TALL ONE. EASY MISTAKE TA MAKE.
The Dark Lord Jarmae shrugged. Well, youre here now, lets make the best of it.
ALSO, REMEMBER THA MINIONS ARE A TAX-DEDUCTABLE EXPENSE UNDER CODE 86B A THA KINGDOMS FINANCIAL CHARTER, BUT ONLY IF DECLARED WITHIN EIGHTEEN MONTHS OF THA END OF THA FINANCIAL YEAR.
Pardon?
Ok, we messed up.
We meant to order a 105mm giant, we ended up with a 150mm giant. Thats 6 of giant-flavour goodness.
This thing is HEAVY. It weighs nearly a kg. But for such a massive model, it is still packed with details. The shins are bound with shields, taken from defeated foes- perfect for guarding against would-be giant slays seeking to topple it over. The tunic and style harken back to classic giant models of yore, but the rock smearer with bloody paste shows that this giant likes to smash first and hasnt quite grasped the asking of questions.
Orcs, goblins, trolls, chaotic humans- or anyone with the coin to pay will do well to have a giant in their ranks. This model works as the ultimate Big Guy in your army, and on the shelf becomes the perfect centrepiece of your Old School collection.
