Toady is a Mutie crime boss with a seedy network of thugs and ne'er-do-wells, all of whom are ready to pop a cap in any fool who gets on the wrong side of the boss. Armed with a FIST that is somehow ALSO A GUN, he is not above getting his hands dirty when matters require his personal attention. And just to clarify, buy 'personal attention' we mean pulverising things into a bloody mess.
In games of Wasteman, Toady makes the perfect leader for any Mutie or outlaw posse. His Hydraulic Gauntlet is a potent skill, and he can give and take a solid amount of punishment.
But, this amphibious tyrant is also great for any sci-fi skirmish wargame where you basically just need a dodgy looking boss!
